Integral Evolution SLU (hereinafter, the ORGANIZER) on the occasion of the launch his book BE THE CHANGE and his participation as a speaker in Executive Networks calls a raffle that will be governed by the following legal bases:

PARTICIPANTS

Participants must be PHYSICAL PERSONS, of legal age and who are members of Executive Networks.

How to take part?

Each person can only participate once by completing the participation form, include all requested information (also the participation code given in the presentation) and acceptance of the legal bases.

The participation period will begin on February 9, 2022 and end on March 6, 2022 at 11:00 p.m.

On March 7, 2022, the raffle will be held among all the participants who meet the requirements. We will use the tool https://www.sortea2.com/sorteos (or similar).

The 5 winners will be contacted by email.

*This raffle has been extended from February 14th to March 6th.

AWARDS

We will raffle 5 books with the title Be The Change (one for each of the 5 winners).
Depending on where the winners are located, the books will be sent in physical or digital format. The ORGANIZER will be responsible for shipping costs.

DATA PROTECTION

The participants accept, by participating in the raffle, the processing of the personal data.

They will have to explicitly accept the use of their data that the organizer will include in its database for sending their Be The Change newsletter.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The organizer is excluded from responsibility for late entries, or misdirected, or for any failure, or unavailability of hardware, software, electronic communications, or uploads to the Internet or other connections. She is also not responsible for any changes, or effects that may be caused to her mobile phone, computer system, camera or other equipment as a result of her participation.

The organizer reserves the right to:

• Exclude any entry, or any entrant, in the event of data mishandling.
• Reject the participation in the draw of those who do not meet the requirements described in these bases and terms of participation, or contravene the rules or purpose of the same.
• Cancel this raffle, or suspend it, or change any of its conditions, if for technical reasons, or of any other nature beyond its control, it could not comply with the normal development of the same, as established in these bases.

ACCEPTANCE OF RULES

Participation in the draw implies full acceptance of these legal basis.
